Job Description

This role ensures smooth office operations by managing travel, administration, and HR processes, while supporting finance and sales teams with SAP tasks and marketing coordination. Success in this role means seamless day-to-day functioning, timely payroll and payments, and proactive support across departments. This position plays a key part in keeping the organization running efficiently and supporting business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and foreign delegates, ensuring cost-effective and seamless execution.
  • Handle stationery procurement, maintain optimal stock levels, and monitor consumption for effective cost control.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth and efficient workplace operations.
  • Drive the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely completion of joining formalities and maintaining updated employee agreements and records.
  • Coordinate closely with the Finance Department for payroll processing, TDS payments, vendor payments, and compliance-related activities.
  • Provide support to the Sales back-office team for marketing coordination and administrative assistance.
  • Assist the Finance team with SAP-related tasks, including data entry and process support.
  • Independently handle the preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Exhibit an energetic, proactive, and approachable demeanor, fostering positive workplace culture and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion without constant supervision.
  • Possess basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and enterprise systems like SAP.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external coordination.


Qualifications

Graduate/MBA in HR /Finance.

1-3 years of experience in HR/Admin/Coordination/Account with 3rd parties.

Willing to handle SAP Software.
