Position: HR Executive

Role Overview:
As an HR Executive based in Vijayawada, you will play a pivotal role in our HR team, ensuring seamless HR operations and contributing to the overall employee experience. You will support recruitment activities, manage employee relations, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in resolving employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Master degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.
