Executive – HR Business Partner (HRBP)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead employee relations and resolve queries efficiently
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to keep attrition below 5%
• Manage performance reviews, training compliance, and exit processes
• Support employer branding and stay updated on industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate with a background in HR, Psychology, or Industrial Relations (preferred)
• Proven experience in HR roles within BPO/Call Center environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
