Job Description

Responsibilities : - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists. - Present and promote products/services using persuasive sales techniques. - Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active follow-up and communication. - Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities. - Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software. - Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions. - Handle objections and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Requirements : - Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics. - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Additional Skills (Preferred) : - Experience in the [specific industry/sector]. - Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
