Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Meeting Management: Maintain executive calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and organize appointments and factory visits. Communication Coordination: Draft and manage professional emails, reports, and letters; serve as the primary point of contact between executives and stakeholders. Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel, lodging, and local transport for business trips, factory audits, vendor visits, and trade shows. Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing MIS reports, production reports, and presentations; maintain records of departmental and plant communications. Factory & Vendor Coordination: Support coordination between departments (Production, Quality, Stores, HR) and external vendors or clients. Confidential Support: Handle sensitive business and employee-related information with strict confidentiality. Follow-ups & Reminders: Track tasks and follow up with various departments to ensure timely execution of projects and decisions. Meeting Minutes & Action Plans: Record minutes during management meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
