Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, issues, and feedback. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM software. Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction and service quality metrics. Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service issues. Build loyalty and trust with clients through regular communication and support. Organize customer engagement initiatives like feedback surveys, meetings, or loyalty programs.
