Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant for a senior-level position located in Sonipat (Delhi NCR). This full-time role is ideal for applicants with up to 5-10 years of experience in providing comprehensive administrative support to executives. The successful candidate will be a key facilitator, ensuring smooth completion of tasks and efficient communication across all departments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives by addressing routine and complex queries and tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage global travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring efficient schedules and communication.
  • Efficiently manage executive calendars and appointments, optimizing time allocation and schedule adherence.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders for effective information flow.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, documenting discussions, and distributing minutes for all executive meetings.
  • Prepare and create polished presentations and reports for executive meetings and external communication.
  • Oversee and maintain office supplies, administrative files, and records, ensuring organizational efficiency.
  • Support executives by managing confidential and sensitive information, ensuring discretion and professionalism.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations effectively.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace is essential for seamless online collaboration and communication across different platforms.
  • Excellent calendar management skills to prioritize and schedule meetings and appointments for senior executives.
  • Proven track record in email management to efficiently sort, respond, and prioritize emails on behalf of leadership.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for compiling and delivering engaging presentations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficient in expense reporting and managing budgets with attention to detail for financial accountability.
  • Comprehensive administrative support experience, demonstrating the ability to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Travel coordination is a mandatory skill, requiring expertise in managing travel arrangements and itineraries (Mandatory skill).
