1) Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
2) Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements.
3) Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
4) Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5) Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
6) Provide support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
7) Coordinate with all departments and teams.
8) Perform other administrative tasks as required.
