Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director (MD) . The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in assisting senior management/executives. This is a key role requiring excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage MD's daily calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel, and events. Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and other official documents. Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Track deadlines and ensure follow-ups on critical action points. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
