Job Description

Location – Malad (west) – work from Office

We are searching for an enthusiastic event manager with a “can-do” attitude to assist ourorganization in hosting events that enhance our organization’s image, improve client loyalty, andenhance our brand-to-client experience. You will be tasked with researching and securingvenues, planning and managing our events calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements withvendors, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking, anddelivering on event brief objectives. Your creativity, organizational skills, and vision will assist ourorganization in amplifying brand visibility, enhancing client and employee relations, andimproving our organization’s growth through events that effectively communicate businessstrategy and brand personality.The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational,interpersonal, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. The noteworthy Event coordinatorshould reinforce client-to-business relations, improve the organization’s image, and effectivelydeliver on event objectives.

Responsibilities

Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
Market intel with new introductions in the field
Quality control of the entire end-to-end execution of the work
Handling budgets
Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
Handling logistics.
Updating senior management & creating quality control decks
Managing branding and communication.
Obtaining permits.
Handling post-event reports.

Requirements
