ERP Sales Specialist

Job Title: ERP Sales Specialist
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end ERP sales cycle from lead to closure
• Target mid-to-large enterprises and engage with CXOs
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver demos, and pitch solutions
• Create proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate deals
• Maintain CRM updates and report to Sales Head weekly
• Stay updated on ERP market trends and Odoo platform

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of B2B software/ERP sales experience
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms preferred
• Strong business process knowledge (Sales, Accounts, etc.)
• Proven sales achievements and consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• CRM proficiency and pipeline management expertise.

Nice to Have:

• Odoo certification
• ERP channel sales/reseller experience
• Client network in retail, services, or manufacturing sectors

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
