Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP & Ecommerce Manager located at our head office in Mumbai. The ERP & Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our ERP systems and e-commerce platform. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and enhancing system efficiency, coordinating with various departments to streamline operations, managing online sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of both technology and business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of ERP systems
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve system performance
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with different departments
• Experience in Sales and E-Commerce operations
• Well versed with online formats and systems, including CRM, Website and data management
• Project management skills and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in ERP systems and e-commerce platforms
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
