English Teacher

Job Title: English Teacher – Tuition, Communication & Personality Development

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant teaching/training experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic English Teacher who can conduct tuition classes for school/college students along with communication skills and personality development sessions for learners of various age groups. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, confident, and capable of delivering engaging lessons that enhance students’ grammar, vocabulary, speaking fluency, self-confidence, and overall personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct English tuition classes aligned with school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable)
• Deliver structured Communication Skills sessions (spoken English, body language, public speaking, interview skills)
• Conduct Personality Development classes focusing on self-confidence, grooming, presentation, and social etiquette
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide feedback to help them improve
• Design and implement interactive activities, roleplays, and speaking exercises
• Prepare lesson plans and maintain academic records as per institute standards
• Motivate and mentor students to improve their self-expression and articulation
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation rounds for advanced learners
• Coordinate with the academic team to plan assessments and workshops

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Communication / Education or related field
• Prior experience in teaching English and/or personality development (offline or online)
• Excellent command over spoken and written English
• Strong classroom engagement and motivational skills
• Creative approach in teaching methods using real-life examples, audiovisual aids, and storytelling
• Ability to manage diverse groups of students with different learning levels
• Passionate about student growth and personality transformation

Preferred:

• Certification in Spoken English, Communication, or Personality Development
• Experience with soft skills training or as a corporate communication trainer
• Exposure to drama, debates, or anchoring will be a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
