Role Description

Engineering Manager

You’ll own architecture, planning, and execution across web, mobile, and backend services while mentoring a high-performing team of 6–8 engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical oversight, detailed tracking, and a sharp focus on shipping high-quality features on time.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery:
Architect, plan, and launch features for web, mobile, and backend services on time and to quality standards.
Technical leadership:
Guide development in React, Node.js, Flutter/Dart, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud services.
Team management:
Run structured reviews, keep tasks on track, remove blockers, and ensure clear timelines.
Quality control:
Review code, uphold standards, and manage clean releases and fast bug fixes.
Product focus:
Gather feedback from sales and ops teams to deliver user-driven improvements.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years
building and shipping web & mobile products, with
2–3 years
in an EM, Tech Lead, or similar role.
Proven expertise in
React, MERN/MEAN, Node.js
, and strong SQL/NoSQL experience.
Hands-on
Flutter app
development—must have shipped an app to Google Play or the App Store.
Strong cloud & DevOps fundamentals on
AWS, GCP, or Azure
.
Experience with
Python & FastAPI
is a plus.
Startup mindset—flexible, fast-moving, and solutions-focused.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
