Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager will oversee the technical aspects of development projects, manages engineering teams, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Their responsibilities include planning, executing, and overseeing projects, as well as leading and mentoring engineers. They also focus on continuous improvement and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Planning, executing, and overseeing client projects, including creating project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as managing resources and risks and responsible to handle clients on their whereabouts. Technical Oversight: Ensuring that software development follows best practices and standards, reviewing code, and providing technical guidance to the team. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements. Lead engineering teams across design, development, and deployment phases. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures. Engage directly with clients to understand their vision, present solutions, and manage expectations. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Drive technical excellence, code quality, and delivery best practices. Stay updated with technology trends and guide modernization initiatives. Required Skills: Overall 13+ years Strong development architectural experience in Java (Spring Boot) OR .NET-based systems . Deep understanding of any microservices , APIs, integration, and scalable system design. product development with architectures and solutioning.
