Build the Backbone. Engineer the Future of eCommerce

Leading a high-performing engineering pod driving delivery, quality, and team development
Shaping backend architecture (Node.js, Python, Golang) and optimizing performance, scale, and resilience
Owning technical direction in sync with Product and Enterprise Architecture teams
Mentoring engineers, driving code reviews, and pushing for continuous improvement
Championing agile best practices while maintaining high velocity and code quality
Hiring, coaching, and doing regular performance reviews to grow talent within your team
Building strong cross-functional alignment to turn business needs into technical outcomes

What You Bring to the Table


Hands-on expertise in

Node.js

(preferred), Golang, or Python
Experience with scalable system design, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud infra
Mastery in Git, testing practices (TDD/Unit/E2E), and CI/CD pipelines
Strong foundation in

SQL/NoSQL

, caching, and distributed systems
Agile mindset with a sharp product sense and problem-solving skills
A passion for mentoring and scaling engineering culture in high-growth environments
Excellent stakeholder communication and strategic thinking
