We are looking for a highly skilled Optical Bonding Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about product design, precision engineering, and display innovation — this role is for you!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics
✅ 5–10 years in mechanical/product design
✅ Hands-on experience with DFM, DOE, GD&T, DFMEA, DFR
✅ Expertise in optical component & backlight module design (TFT/LCD)
✅ Proficiency in tolerance stack-up analysis, structural/thermal analysis
✅ Strong background in NPD, QMS, APQP, and PPAP processes
✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product design & development activities
Implement GD&T, DFMEA, and DFR principles
Drive design reviews with suppliers
Develop & enhance optical bonding for display modules
Troubleshoot LCD/TFT backlight and illumination issues
