Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirunelveli for an Engg IT Support professional. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration services. Day-to-day tasks include managing IT help desk support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the company.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting skills
• Information Technology and System Administration skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and systems effectively
• Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
