Hiring "Employee Engagement Specialist" for one of our central government client based @ Mumbai !!!

Experience: 2+ years

Job Description:
The Employee Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction, and promoting retention. This position involves a blend of strategic planning and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement Initiatives:o Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs.o Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify and address areas of improvement.o Plan and organize vertical-level/wing-level events, celebrations, and teambuilding activities.o Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and rewards programs.

2. HR Operations & Administration:
o Manage staff attendance, including ISSP attendance. o Prepare and maintain accurate records of staff leave balances and related details.o Provide assistance in all HR admin-related tasks.

3. Documentation & Communication:
o Prepare strategies, notes, minutes of meetings, action points, and ATRs.o Manage employee communication and internal campaigns.o Ensure alignment of employee engagement initiatives with ISD objectives.

4. Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
o Perform administrative tasks within the Admin team.o Assist in preparing data and PowerPoint presentations for internal use.

Mandatory Skill Sets:
 Expertise in employee engagement and experience programs. Proven ability to develop and implement employee engagement strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent writing and communication skills in English. Familiarity with HR operations, employee relations, and project management tools.

Experience Requirements:
 Total Experience: 1 year Minimum Relevant experience in an administrative or HR role is required. Specific Expertise: Proficiency in preparing data, presentations, and managing time effectively. Minimum Experience: Prior experience in employee engagement, HR operations, or a similar role.

Location: Sewri, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
