The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in industrial automation technologies such as palletization systems, conveyor belts, vision inspection, Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), and robotics. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for ensuring uptime, driving productivity improvements, and enabling the transition to Industry 4.0. Role & responsibilities Automation Project Implementation: Lead end-to-end automation projects (palletization, conveyor belts, vision inspection, ASRS, etc.) to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 and IoT technologies for real-time monitoring and process optimization. Evaluate automation requirements, develop technical specifications, and execute implementation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, IT, and Engineering) to integrate automation solutions seamlessly. Work with external vendors and solution providers to implement state-of-the-art automation technologies. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational excellence in all automation initiatives. Shopfloor & Utility Maintenance: Oversee the instrumentation, electronics, and electrical maintenance of all shopfloor and utility equipment. Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of PLCs, VFDs, SCADA systems, embedded systems, and robotic automation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems, sensors, and automated equipment. Optimize energy efficiency through advanced automation solutions and predictive maintenance techniques. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in automation and maintenance processes to enhance OEE, reduce energy consumption, and lower maintenance costs. Standardize automation processes and develop SOPs for seamless operation and troubleshooting. Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and proof-of-concept trials for new automation projects. Provide technical training and skill development programs for the maintenance and operations teams. Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing technologies. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Around10 years in a manufacturing setup, with 5+ years in a leadership role handling automation + electrical/instrumentation maintenance . Proven track record of executing complex automation projects in pharma/FMCG/auto/engineering sectors. Hands-on experience with: PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA, HMI, VFDs Vision inspection systems, robotics, conveyors, ASRS IoT sensors, control panels, and building automation systems Working knowledge of AutoCAD electrical drawings, and project documentation. Strong understanding of electrical safety, compliance , and plant utility systems. Exposure to digitalization platforms , smart energy meters, and WMS/SAP integration is a plus. Strong team leadership, vendor management, and project planning skills.

Qualifications: Graduate in Electronics Communication Skills: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with engineering teams on improvements. Define end-to-end architecture for embedded systems including hardware, firmware, RTOS, middleware, and application layers. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure cohesive system design. Create and maintain system architecture documentation, interface definitions, and design standards. Develop prototypes and reference designs for new platforms. Experience with Communication / Diagnostic Protocols CAN, CANOE, CAPL Define and enforce best practices for embedded system development, including safety and security standards (e. g. , MISRA, ISO 26262, IEC 61508). Guide implementation teams through design reviews and issue resolution.

Position - 4: Android BSP Development Engineer MANDATORY SKILLS: Engineer with 8+ years of experience in embedded Linux/Linux application/driver/kernel development. Strong C/C++ development skills with a good understanding of object-oriented design. Good understanding of Android framework, overall Android Architecture. Proficient in any one of Android HAL amongst Audio, Graphics, Camera, Power etc. Experience with Multimedia frameworks such as Stagefright, Gstreamer, OpenMAX, Codec2. Compliance to CTS/VTS and support in resolving defects. Strong background in embedded systems development, System knowledge, and System Debugging.
