About Role “Money is Metrics” For an actively growing org, money is an investment. Building financial models and management systems that maximize the conversion of expenses into investments , especially whether an endeavour was an expense or a fruitful investment is known only in “ hindsight ”. While modelling sales is tangible, the key is in the ability to model & metricize intangible value that’s created within the org in monetary terms - be it in IP, Development, Branding or Operations, and weave it into the price of a unit sale. Essentially, mapping the chain-reaction/ butterfly effect of value across business functions within the Org so that we can “Automate building of an Org, not just operating it”. Role Requirements: Financial Modelling (This is a design role not just FP&A) Model the Operations of the organization into Product Pricing and derive Revenue goals. Derive and model investment projections translating back from the Revenue goals, by mapping the functioning of each department, its current capacity, nature & complexity of its operation & its efficiency, by working with the respective department heads. Mapping value movement across departments and designing financial indicators for cost centres Build Indicators of Performance into all business functions, provide Analysis of Performance & design a Credit System for budget requisitions. Participate and assist in deriving the KPI across business functions & Model the Budgets, Compensation & Incentivization schemes Provide Financial Performance assessments for Appraisal and Budget approvals. Imagine what it would take for a robot to assemble a Smartphone or a car by putting together 1000s of parts with varied shapes and weights, all in random orientations. Thus factories become complex, needing heavy customization of their environment. CynLr enabled visual robots intuitively handles any object, even from a clutter – a universal alternative to custom machines, simplifying factory lines into modular LEGO blocks of micro-factories. Simplifying factories with robots that can pick & place any object has been a 40 year old pipe dream - touted as The Holy Grail of Robotics . As a SW developer, you will be responsible for building the entire Vision & Learning SW Stack, Task & Robot Control OS, extensively optimising the performance of these algorithms, translating them into API library for Internal Engineers and Customers, along with creating a UI layer for the end users.
