Responsibilities: Lead the electrical and service operations for custom-built 3D Printers. Supervise and guide a team of electricians/technicians during assembly, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in control panels, wiring, drives, PLCs, sensors, and automation systems. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and machine regulatory norms. Collaborate with design and R&D teams for wiring layouts, electrical BOMs, and system upgrades. Review and interpret electrical schematics, panel drawings, and wiring diagrams. Manage service documentation, customer communication, and technical reporting. Train junior team members and client staff on maintenance best practices. Coordinate with vendors for components, spare parts, and service support.
