Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage high volumes of inbound and outbound emails related to telecom services such as billing, service activation, complaints, technical support, and promotions. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and clear communication. Categorize and prioritize emails based on urgency and nature of requests. Coordinate with technical, sales, and support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records of email communications and customer interactions in CRM or email tracking systems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or higher management. Assist in drafting email templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common queries. Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies in all email communications. Generate reports on email process metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer feedback. Continuously improve email communication workflows and processes. Understanding of telecom products, services, and terminology is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A , or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
