Job Summary:

Email Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and build targeted B2B email prospect lists using LinkedIn, company websites, directories, etc.
• Draft and send

  manual personalized email sequences

  using Gmail/Outlook (not automated tools).
• Follow up with prospects and maintain communication in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and goals.
• A/B test subject lines and email formats for better engagement.
• Report on email performance (open rates, reply rates, lead conversions).

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in manual email outreach or B2B lead generation.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Gmail, Hunter.io, and Apollo/Snov.io is a plus.
• Ability to research and identify decision-makers in target industries.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing is an advantage.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
