Elementary School Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct engaging sessions on early childhood education, child development, pedagogy, and classroom management.

· Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools.

· Train students in child-friendly teaching techniques and activity-based learning.

· Demonstrate how to create an inclusive and nurturing environment for young learners.

· Organize classroom observations, assignments, and practical teaching demonstrations.

· Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.

· Maintain documentation, attendance, and progress reports of all trainees.

· Stay updated with current trends and innovations in early childhood education.

· Coordinate with the academic team to align training with curriculum goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed) or Early Childhood Education.

· At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training in the pre-primary/early childhood education domain.

· Knowledge of child psychology, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate pedagogy.

· Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

· Passion for teaching and working with women from underprivileged backgrounds

Working days:- 9 to 6 PM
