Location – Narla,Bhawanipata

Qualification – ITI/DIPLOMA/BTECH

Experience – Min 2 Years In Electrical Project Execution (Transmission Line)

Salary – Upto 5LPA

Role & Responsibility: -

Core Roles:

1. Project Execution & Site Management

• Supervise on-site activities related to the erection of transmission towers and stringing of conductors.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth workflow.

1. Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare and monitor detailed project execution plans.
• Ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved per the project schedule.

1. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure materials and works comply with project specifications, national codes (e.g., IS, IEC), and safety standards.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and quality audits.

1. Resource Coordination

• Manage labour, machinery, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure equipment availability and readiness (cranes, tensioners, etc.).

1. Liaison & Communication

• Act as a key interface between contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Attend coordination meetings and report progress to management

1. Safety Management

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and non-conformances.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and submit them to stakeholders.

1. Commissioning Support

• Assist in pre-commissioning checks, testing, and final energization of the line.

1. Problem Solving

• Quickly address technical issues or site constraints affecting progress.
• Propose and implement engineering solutions.
