Provide comprehensive information about colleges, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
Support students throughout the application process, including documentation, follow-ups, and visa-related guidance.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students via calls, emails, and meetings to ensure continuous engagement.
Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and workshops to inform students and parents about education opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date student records in CRM systems and collaborate with marketing teams for outreach and lead generation.
