Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee online sales and presence, develop and implement ecommerce strategies to boost performance, and manage daily operations of the ecommerce platform. Responsibilities include analyzing website performance metrics, coordinating with marketing teams, handling customer service issues, optimizing product listings, and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive business decisions
• Excellent Communication Skills for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
• Proven Sales experience in an ecommerce environment
• In-depth understanding of E-Commerce platforms and operations
• Marketing knowledge, particularly in digital marketing and campaign management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
• Experience in amazon, flipkart and other marketplace ads.
