Note: 70% Individual contributor for Development – 30% on Team Handling and mentoring the team.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to architect and drive the development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in full-stack environments and cloud-native ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ReactJS
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and delivery timelines
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Drive DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
• Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability
• Participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, etc.)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
