Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Andhra Pradesh, India, for a Domestic IT Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for executing full-life cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions. The role requires managing the end-to-end hiring process, maintaining candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The recruiter will also be responsible for account management, sales recruitment, and facilitating clear communication between candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Strong skills in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems or hiring automation tools
• Ability to work on-site in Andhra Pradesh, India
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in IT recruiting or staffing industry is a plus
