Document Controller/Admin

We are currently seeking a Document Controller / Admin to join our Navi Mumbai office on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is critical in ensuring smooth documentation processes, supporting project delivery, and maintaining organized records and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all documents in both physical and digital formats.
• Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and company protocols.
• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and review of project documentation.
• Support engineers and project teams with timely documentation and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups for documentation-related activities.

• Proven experience in Document Control, Documentation, and Records Management
• Familiarity with project documentation standards in engineering or construction industries
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing project data
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
