Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch/Planner located in Jalandhar. The Dispatch/Planner will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the dispatching of vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, and maintaining communication with drivers. Daily tasks include scheduling routes, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations and resource allocation to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Dispatching and Scheduling
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve issues
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using dispatch and scheduling software
• Familiarity with the transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
