Direct Sales Associate (DSA) – Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager – Hyderabad

About the Role:

Ramco Industries is hiring driven and field-oriented Direct Sales Associates for our Hyderabad team. This role involves promoting and selling Ramco Cement Sheets and Metal Roofing Sheets to key customers in the construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Ramco building products to:
• Retailers
• Contractors
• Builders
• Construction professionals
• Conduct field visits to generate leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist in product demonstrations, site visits, and marketing campaigns
• Collect orders and ensure smooth coordination with the distribution team
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer follow-ups
• Share daily reports and market insights with the Area Sales Manager
• Support retail and dealer network expansion in Hyderabad

Who Can Apply:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in building materials or FMCG)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad daily
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹4.20 LPA
• (Approx. ₹35,000/month gross salary)
• Travel Allowance: As per company travel policy
