Direct Sales Associate (DSA) – Kolkata

About the Role:

Ramco Industries is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Direct Sales Associates (DSAs) to join our sales team in Kolkata. This is a field-based sales role, focused on selling Ramco Cement Sheets and Metal Roofing Sheets to retailers, contractors, and builders in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Ramco building materials to:
• Retail outlets
• Contractors
• Builders
• Construction professionals
• Conduct daily market visits to:
• Generate leads
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Organize and support:
• Product demonstrations
• Site visits
• Local promotional activities
• Ensure:
• Timely order collection
• Smooth coordination with logistics and distribution
• Maintain accurate records of:
• Sales leads
• Customer interactions
• Follow-ups
• Report daily:
• Sales activity
• Market insights and competitor activity
• Assist in expanding the dealer/retail network across Kolkata and nearby areas

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferred: Building materials/FMCG)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willing to travel extensively within the city
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹30,000
• Annual CTC: ₹3.60 LPA
• Travel Allowance: As per company travel policy
• Provident Fund (PF): Included
