Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in

    Digital Marketing

    , with expertise in

    SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing

  • Strong Social Media Marketing (SMM)

    and

    Social Media Optimization (SMO)

    skills
  • Proficiency in

    Canva

    and a strong understanding of

    visual storytelling

  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

    , and other paid advertising platforms
  • Strong communication and client handling skills with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
  • Knowledge of

    social media analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)

  • Ability to create and implement content strategies

    aligned with brand goals
  • A keen eye for

    design, branding, and aesthetics

  • Experience in managing influencer collaborations

    and

    paid marketing campaigns

  • Ability to work collaboratively with design and content teams

    in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2

    –4 years of experience

    in digital marketing or a similar role



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, manage, and execute

    integrated digital marketing strategies

    across channels such as

    SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising

  • Plan and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

    to achieve business objectives
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, platform updates, SEO algorithms, and audience behaviors to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Work closely with

    designers and content teams

    to create visually appealing and engaging content (reels, carousels, videos, blogs, etc.)
  • Create and manage

    content calendars, social media campaigns, and performance-driven posts

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, campaign performance, and website analytics

    to improve ROI and strategy
  • Oversee

    email marketing campaigns

    , including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with clients and ensure consistent communication to meet brand goals
  • Lead

    brand-building initiatives

    through organic and paid strategies



Compensation


₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month
