# Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media & Meta Ads Focus)

Chennai, India (On-site, Full-time)
*Job Description*
We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media content creation and Meta Ads. Experience in SEO and SEM is a plus.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
2. Create engaging content (reels, carousels, videos, blogs) in collaboration with designers and content teams
3. Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives
4. Monitor and analyze KPIs, campaign performance, and website analytics
5. Coordinate with clients and ensure consistent communication to meet brand goals
*Required Skills*
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media marketing and Meta Ads
2. Strong content creation and visual storytelling skills
3. Proficiency in Canva and social media analytics tools
4. Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
5. Good communication and client handling skills
*Nice to Have*
1. Experience in SEO and SEM
2. Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
3. Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
*Experience*
Minimum 2-4 years in digital marketing or a similar role
*Compensation*
₹25,000 - ₹50,000/month, based on experience and skills
