Key Responsibilities: Design Project Decks: Create visually compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations for internal teams, client pitches, and project proposals, ensuring each deck aligns with the brands aesthetic and communicates ideas clearly. Create Posters for Live Shows: Design promotional posters, flyers, and digital assets for upcoming live events, concerts, and performances. Work closely with the events team to understand the vision and create designs that capture the essence of each event. Design YouTube Thumbnails: Design attention-grabbing thumbnails for YouTube videos that entice viewers to click, maintain brand consistency, and optimize for different devices. Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside project managers, marketing, content creators, and the video production team to ensure design concepts align with campaign goals and deadlines. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and consistent across all platforms and formats.
