Job Description: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Team Lead who can take full ownership of our marketing department, lead a team of marketers, and drive business growth through effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in all key areas of digital marketing and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives Oversee and manage SEO, SMM, Google/Facebook Ads, Email marketing, and Website updates Supervise and guide team members on daily tasks and long-term projects Coordinate with clients to understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain long-term relationships Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign success Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms Collaborate with design and development teams for content and visual planning Identify market trends and new opportunities for brand positioning and growth Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in working with digital marketing agencies or training institutes is a plus Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Strong expertise in SEO, SMM, Ads Management, Website Management, and Basic Designing Excellent c ommunication and interpersonal skills Leadership qualities and ability to guide and mentor a team Client handling experience with a problem-solving mindset Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies effectively IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
