Digital Marketing Lead – Performance & Growth (Crypto/Markets) Experience: Minimum 6 Years CTC: ₹12 – ₹14 LPA Wonder Word Solutions is looking for an agile and analytical Digital Marketing Lead to own performance marketing, user acquisition, and growth funnels for a fast-growing, market-based platform. You’ll design and execute digital campaigns that attract crypto-savvy users, prediction enthusiasts, and new-age investors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and understands the nuances of crypto, finance, share markets, or real-money gaming ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Own the digital growth strategy – from user acquisition to engagement and retention Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter (X), and crypto-friendly platforms Build and refine audience targeting models across geographies and interest clusters Execute SEO, content marketing, and influencer outreach with measurable ROI Develop performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or custom BI tools Lead marketing automation and re-marketing efforts using email, push, and in-app channels Collaborate with product and ops teams to align messaging with live markets and features Manage agency partners, freelancers, and budgets effectively Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance & growth Proven track record in running ROI-positive campaigns for fintech, crypto, gaming, or consumer apps Strong analytical skills – ability to translate data into insights and decisions Experience with ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter (X), Reddit, Quora, etc. Familiarity with crypto, prediction markets, or stock trading audiences is a strong advantage Hands-on with SEO/ASO tools, creative testing, and funnel optimization Knowledge of compliance boundaries in high-risk ad verticals (finance, crypto, gaming) Bonus Points For: Experience running campaigns on crypto-native ad platforms (e.g., Coinzilla, AdEx) Creative copywriting or campaign storytelling skills Experience with influencer/affiliate-led growth in the Web3 ecosystem Why Join Wonder Word Solutions?
