Digital Marketing Specialist

Vedha Architects Group is seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take charge of our online visibility, lead generation, and conversion funnels. Your mission is to attract showroom owners, business leaders, and decision-makers through strategic digital campaigns. You will manage all paid and organic channels and continuously optimize for ROI.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness.
• Run Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for our 3-stage funnel (Brand Identity Kit → Design Package → Turnkey Execution).
• Manage and optimize website traffic, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with the creative and content team for campaign assets.

Performance Marketing:

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and optimize budgets and targeting.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.

Content Distribution & SEO:

• Ensure content (blogs, reels, videos, design showcases) reaches the right audience.
• Use SEO tools to optimize content for search rankings and lead generation.
• Coordinate email marketing (newsletters, nurture sequences) with automated drip campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track KPIs using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on campaign performance and insights.
• Recommend action steps for higher lead quality and cost reduction.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Performance Campaigns.
• Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of funnel strategy and customer journey mapping.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Bonus: Experience working with architecture/interior/design or real estate industry.

Pay: ₹12,465.00 - ₹34,514.13 per month
