Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage and grow our online presence via SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush.
• Develop creative assets and coordinate with content/design teams for marketing materials (ads, posts, email templates, etc.).
• Optimize website performance for lead generation using CRO strategies and A/B testing.
• Monitor SEO rankings and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and channels.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Ads & Analytics
• Meta Ads Manager
• SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
• CMS tools like WordPress

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
• Experience with basic HTML/CSS or website optimization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
