Key Responsibilities:

we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in handling multi-channel campaigns with proven ROI. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our brand and achieving performance marketing goals.

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing).
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools.
• Optimise the website and landing pages for conversion rate and SEO
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging.
• Lead A/B testing efforts to improve digital assets and campaigns.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and ROI across digital channels.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights to clients as well as the manager
• managing the sales team and co-ordinating with clients call

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEM rush, or similar.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
• Experience in B2B and/or DTC sectors is a plus.
