Digital Marketing Manager : We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager – Social Media to lead and grow our presence across key social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Create and oversee the production of engaging content—posts, stories, reels, videos, and lives—in collaboration with designers, writers, and video editors. Monitor, engage, and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization. Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to expand reach and brand presence. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 3years of proven experience managing social media for brands, with a track record of growth and engagement. Deep understanding of each platform's strengths, audiences, and best practices. Strong visual and storytelling skills; experience with social media content creation and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). Proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Experience with paid social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Ads). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
