Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing successful campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, and websites. You will work collaboratively with other team members to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality and relevant content is produced for various digital platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, using data to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategy, including content planning, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
