Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key leadership role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary focus will be on increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, and enhancing conversion rates through data-driven and creative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and guide content strategy to improve search engine rankings.
• Oversee and manage all social media platforms with strategic content planning and performance tracking.
• Build and execute a high-quality backlinking strategy to improve domain authority.
• Analyze performance metrics from Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to optimize campaigns.
• Lead email marketing initiatives including audience segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing space.
• Mentor and guide junior team members when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and social media schedulers.
• Strong command over written and spoken English and Malayalam.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
