Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and develop engaging content aligned with brand voice.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Conduct keyword research and manage on-page/off-page SEO to improve search rankings.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to support marketing goals.
• Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine digital strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Training or experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including conversion funnels, A/B testing, and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
