Job Description

About the Role:

Digital Marketing Executive

not involve content writing or content planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Conception & Execution:
Analyse past results and suggest ideas for new campaigns based on the same
Set up and manage outbound email campaigns via Zoho Campaigns and Apollo.
Execute automated LinkedIn outreach flows via Expandi and manage target lists via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Run brand awareness and lead gen campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google

Database Building & Enrichment:
Build and refine outreach lists based on provided client data.
Enrich lead data using tools like Apollo and Sales Navigator.
Maintain clean and updated records in Zoho CRM.

Lead Management:
Tag, score, and route leads in Zoho CRM based on campaign interactions.
Track responses and engagement to help the sales team prioritize high-intent leads.

Campaign Monitoring:
Track delivery, open, and response rates; flag bounce issues or platform-related errors.
Optimize campaign performance in collaboration with the content and client team.

Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with
Zoho CRM
and
Zoho Campaigns.
Working knowledge of
Apollo
and
Expandi
for outbound automation.
Familiarity with data hygiene best practices (email validation, bounce management, GDPR-safe handling).
Proficiency using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
to source and qualify leads.
Familiarity with building cold outbound email and LinkedIn sequences.
Comfortable working with large data sets and spreadsheets.

Good to Have:

Prior experience in
B2B tech
,
SaaS
, or
industrial sectors
.
Understanding of TOFU/MOFU/BOFU outreach logic.
Strong English skills
