Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, analytical and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Professional to plan, implement and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role is key to driving online traffic, improving brand awareness, and generating leads that convert into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Oversee SEO/SEM strategies including keyword research, backlinking and on-page optimization.
• Manage content creation and publishing on websites, blogs and social media platforms.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and HubSpot.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce compelling digital assets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes across platforms.
• Report regularly on KPIs, ROI and campaign performance to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools.
• Experience with CMS and CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Whatsapp and Email marketing experience with tools
• Knowledge in handling E-Commerce Portals
