Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with DB Consultancy's marketing and business objectives. Plan and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent posting and platform-specific optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Content Creation & Curation: Create compelling, high-quality, and platform-specific content (text, images, videos, infographics, stories, etc.) for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Curate relevant industry news, articles, and thought leadership pieces to share with our audience. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice. Community Management & Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely and professional manner. Foster an engaged community by initiating conversations, running polls, and interacting with followers. Identify and engage with relevant influencers, industry leaders, and potential partners. Platform Management: Oversee the daily management and optimization of DB Consultancy's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles/pages. Manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable, specify if this is part of the role or a future possibility). Utilize platform-specific features (e.g., Instagram Stories, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Articles, polls, live videos) to maximize reach and engagement. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, etc.). Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimizing social media activities to improve results. Monitor competitor social media activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
