Location: [Mumbai, but ready to travel Pan India] Job Summary: The HVAC Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth in the HVAC industry. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC products, services, and market trends to craft targeted messaging that resonates with both residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for HVAC products and services (e.g., air conditioning, ventilation, heating systems, ducting, etc.). ✅ Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media. ✅ Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and product data sheets tailored to the HVAC market. ✅ Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales conversion efforts. ✅ Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to build brand presence. ✅ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns. ✅ Manage marketing budgets. ✅ Collaborate with technical teams to translate product features into customer benefits in marketing materials. Qualification: M.B.A or Graduate.
